This Autumnal Flush is grown high in the foothills of the Himalayas on the famous Bio-Dynamic Makaibari estate, this tea has a nutty note, strong character, yet is delicate. The tea plantation Makaibari was founded in 1859 and today belongs to the oldest tea plantation in Darjeeling.This garden is renowned for having been first garden worldwide to consistently practice bio-dynamic cultivation. The traditional knowledge of Ayurveda is combined with the ideas and practices of bio-dynamic cultivation methods. The red and golden cup color and bright infusion develop a full and aromatic taste.
The teas from the famous Darjeeling, India region are considered the “Champagne of Teas”.
